FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q Will there be power to my sleeping space?

A There are power outlets accesible at the center of each camp area. So you can run an extension cord

to your adirondack for things like a C-pap machine as needed.

Q What do I need to bring?

A Sleeping pad or mat, Bedding, towel, shower kit, clothing, armor and small repair kit as needed.

Q What is supplied at this event?

A Three hot meals and snacks.

Typical menus have been pasta and variety of sauces one night, roasted meats, potatoes, veggies and salad

another. Breakfast have included eggs, cereal, sausage or bacon, pancakes or frech toast, toast and jam.

Lunch is soups and sandwiches or sausages and toppings. Snacks include fruits and fresh baked cookies and

other fabulous things as dreamed up by our kitchen team.
No Ice Chests, Camp Stoves etc needed for this one.

Sleeping quarters in either adirondacks or a wall tents so no messing around with putting up or taking down

tents and camp beds etc.

Adirondacks sleep 8 and have built in bunks. When these are full we will start filling wall tents (Which are

on platforms) These sleep 6 and have no bunks build in.

A chance to spend time talking with and learning about the best fighting techniques with some of the best our

Kingdom has to offer in Teachers and Knights coming from all over An Tir!

Q Do I need to show my SCA membership or Fighter card at the gate?

A Yes Bring them, just in case. But when you pre-register you send us a copy with your registration

forms so it shouldn't be neccesary for you to pull them out.

Q What will I learn and do at this event?

A Please take a look at the "Classes" tab on the website and at the "Comments" Art of War is said to

be more fun than any one fighter could hope for in an SCA event.

Q Will I need any cash on site?
A If you want to buy a T-shirt we may have a few extra's in which case you will want to have $22-24

dollars with you.
