Directions to Site:
From I-5 & Hwy 2: North or South take exit 194 to Hwy 2, East.
Follow Hwy 2 toward Snohomish and Monroe for just over 13 miles.
Turn left on 179th Ave SW just as you enter Monroe (before you get to Hwy 522).
Turn right into the fairgrounds parking lot at the SCA sign.
From 405 & 522: Take Hwy 522 (Bothell/Woodinville interchange), East.
Go all the way to the end of the highway.
Turn right at the T-Junction, and right at the next light onto 179th Ave SW.
Turn right into the fairgrounds parking lot at the SCA sign.
 

Pre-register - and be treated like Royalty!
Pre-registration is available for Ursulmas now through 15 January 2012. When you pre-register you get the royal treatment including being able to enter in a special line reserved only for Royalty and pre-registered guests. Be the envy of all as you walk past the long lines and right to the Gate Staff who will check you in and give you a site token without delay.

Gate Hours:

The usual SCA Gate process is available if you decide to attend after Pre-registration closes.

Please Note:
All minors (17 and under) in attendance must have all signed authorizations to attend. Absolutely no exceptions. If you are bringing a minor that is not your own, their parent or guardian must complete the Minor Waiver and the Medical Authorization Form. No minor will be allowed on site without their parent or guardian if they do not have these forms. Please note the Medical Authorization Form must be accompanied by proof of signature (either notarized or a copy of the parents' drivers license-you may black out everything except name, photo, signature) or hospitals in Washington may refuse treatment.

Sleeping Hall and RV
For Sleeping hall reservations please send your name and # in your party to:

Those who use the sleeping hall will need to register for fire watch duty per directions of the fire marshal. We need at least one hour per person to be sure the hall is covered at all times and no one person is left sitting this duty all day or night.

RV Spaces are limited and need to be pre-registered.
RV spaces are available by pre-registration only!
Spaces with power will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are no water hookups.

The strengths of a Kingdom lies not in it's rulers, but with those that labor for the greater good - Volunteers are needed for all aspects of Ursulmas, from gate and parking to entertainment and hospitality services.

Notice for Regular SCA participants

Space is limited near the list fields, reserved spaces will be prioritized for visiting Baronies first.

Per Fire Marshall Regulations all Pavilions must be made of Fire Retardant Material and tagged appropriately, this means no Nylon Pop Ups.

This site is discretely damp.

Please remember the values our society holds:
1. Treat your inferiors in rank, knowledge, or experience in the society as if they were your equals; treat your equals as if they were your superiors; treat officers as representatives of the King; and treat the King and Queen with the reverence due your sovereigns.
2. Use medieval forms of address.
